CLIENT ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY CONCERNING THE OWNERSHIP AND/OR LICENSE OF MASTERED AUDIO CONTENT:
The mastered audio content transferred by Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records onto a single support unit (vinyl) is solely and exclusively for professional and/or personal use (as back up, archive and other uses) and not for public distribution (free or sale). Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records absolves itself form any responsibility related to the audio material provided by the client. In the case that an audio master is covered (totally or partially) by copyright law, Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records holds itself absolved from all responsibility deriving from consequences of abuses of subsequent uses of the treated audiovisual material. The client who underwrites the order therefore assumes the total responsibility of discharging from all the obligations provided for by the copyright laws in force both on the national territory and according to international agreements.
ARCHIVING OF AUDIO AND GRAPHIC MATERIAL:
Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records will keep the audio and graphic files supplied by the client for 12 months from the date of the order. If deemed necessary, Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records can extend that retention perioda s needed, without obligation to notify the client. The archived files can be only used upon request of the files holder, and cannot be trasferred to third parties for purposes other than those requested by the client. The total responsibility for the content of the audio and graphic files sent and archived lies only and exclusively with the client, not with Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records. The client can ask for the cancellation of files making a specific request via e-mail with the reference « CANCELLATION FILE REQUEST ». Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records will cancel all the archived material once the final product is send to the client. If deemed necessary, Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records is entitled to make additional copies of record sas its own portfolio; Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records will not took into account the material with « CANCELLATION FILES REQUEST ».
ADDITIONAL OR REDUCED PRODUCTION:
In the case of pressing orders, additional or reduced production may occur. Over or under delivery up to 10% must be accepted by the Customer. They will be billed accordingly.
ORDER VALIDITY:
Orders will be considered valid only upon receipt of the payment.
PRIVACY AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION:
Personal details, contacts and materials provided to us will be used solely and exclusively for the processing of your order or to communicate information concerning your order and the products and service offered by Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records. They will not be passed on to third parties and/or used for other purposes.
Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records has the right to show on its website and on social channels the work that has produced, unless the customer does not explicitly ask otherwise. For more info visit our privacy policy page.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records does not assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to delivered goods. The client shall bear the risk and the cost of shipping. To reduce the risk to a minimum it is recommended to insure the package. If the package is dameged externally, the goods should be accepted under reserve. Detailed pictures of the item and packaging should be sent to Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records and everything should be stored until the delivery company assesses the present situation (if required).
Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records will inform the client about conditions of shipping, shipping agent, costs and shipping tracking code.
DAMAGED AND/OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
In case of damaged and/or defective article, the customer shall send, within 30 days of receipt, the photographic and/or audiovisual material showing the actual defect or damage. In addition there is the possibility that the customer will have to send at his own expense the article at the headquarters of Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records for the control and analysis of the defect or damage.
Mr Vertigo vinnyl Records will then notify you if the item is replaced/refunded partially or wholly.
The client unconditionally accepts the terms outlined herein at the moment of the order.
“Client” is to be interpreted as the person requesting the services offered by Mr Vertigo Vinyl Records.
